A doctor-administered polynucleotide injection — commonly known by the brand Rejuran® Healer — that uses purified DNA fragments to support the skin's own repair processes. Improves texture, hydration, and resilience over a course of treatments.
Polynucleotide skin rejuvenation is an injectable treatment containing Polynucleotides (PN) — long chains of DNA fragments derived from salmon. These molecules are highly biocompatible with human skin and have been shown to stimulate fibroblast activity, promote collagen synthesis, and accelerate skin cell repair and regeneration.
Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers that add volume, or neurotoxin that relaxes muscles, polynucleotide skin rejuvenation works at the cellular level — improving the skin's intrinsic ability to repair and renew itself.
At IVI, this treatment is delivered using Rejuran® Healer, a Korean polynucleotide product administered by an MOH-licensed doctor after a clinical assessment.
Patients typically notice initial improvement in hydration and a natural glow within 2 weeks. Full results develop over 4–8 weeks as collagen remodelling takes effect. Most patients do 3 sessions for optimal results, then maintain with 1 session every 6 months.
