Our pricing methodology

How pricing
works at IVI.

Treatment pricing is one of the first questions every new patient has. We can't publish exact figures on the website — but we can explain how pricing is determined, what shapes the cost of a plan, and what to expect at your consultation.

Why no prices on the website

A direct answer.

Under the Singapore Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations, licensed clinics may only publish the exact, final, all-inclusive price of a treatment if they choose to advertise pricing. Phrases like "From S$X", "Up to 30% off", "First session S$X", or "Was S$X / Now S$X" are explicitly prohibited.

For aesthetic medicine, a single exact figure is rarely meaningful: the right protocol depends on your skin assessment, the depth and severity of your concern, the number of sessions required, and whether multiple treatments are combined.

Rather than publish a misleading single figure, we discuss pricing transparently at your consultation alongside the recommended treatment plan. There is no obligation to proceed.

What shapes the cost

Four factors that determine pricing.

01
The treatment itself
Different treatments have different price points based on the product, device, and time involved. An injectable session typically prices differently from a fractional laser session or a HIFU lifting session. Your doctor will explain the cost band of any treatment they recommend.
02
Sessions required
Most aesthetic treatments require a course of sessions, not just one. The number of sessions depends on the severity of your concern and your individual response. We'll set a realistic plan at consultation — not sell you a fixed package that doesn't match your actual need.
03
Combination protocols
Some concerns respond best to a combination of treatments. For example, acne scarring might involve RF microneedling plus picosecond laser plus polynucleotide injection over several months. We'll quote each component separately so you understand exactly what you're paying for.
04
Maintenance
Aesthetic results are typically maintained, not "finished". We'll discuss what realistic long-term maintenance looks like — cadence and approximate cost — so you can plan financially over 12 to 24 months, not just session-to-session.
What to expect at consultation

A no-pressure pricing conversation.

After your doctor has assessed your skin and discussed treatment options, you'll receive:

Our consultation fee. First consultations are charged separately at a modest fee that is discussed when you book. This pays for your doctor's diagnostic time and structured assessment; it is not credited against treatment if you proceed. We charge it to make sure patients come for honest medical advice, not a sales conversation.
A note on cheaper alternatives

Why we're not always the cheapest option.

There are aesthetic providers in Singapore at every price point. Some advertise injectables for headline-grabbing prices. Some bundle packages with significant "discounts off usual price" framing.

We do not compete on those terms. Every treatment at IVI is performed by an MOH-licensed medical doctor — not a technician, not a nurse, not a "treatment specialist". Every product we use is sourced through Singapore-registered channels and stored to the manufacturer's specification.

If price is your primary criterion, we may not be the right fit. If you want a doctor-led consultation and clinical accountability, we believe our pricing reflects fair value for those standards.
